That should stop most of your whining. I found this the hard way. you will need a torrent program. I use
uTorrent (just google it) its a tiny program that packs a lot of features and it's FREE.

Click "[DL] MSN" and then open the file with a torrent program (I use UTorrent as it's free and doesn't use a lot of system resources to run)
