if you dont have msn plus... u can still use the codes. though you wont be able to see the codes yourself, your friends with plus installed will see your nick in color

k like. it dosnt work . rewind here. it sais ur ment to have a GUI system . its impossible to overwrite the msn formatt. so that will never happen. and the [c=13] is an elegal code for msn.
it counts as haking as u are making there computer change its ways for youre writing. thats the code hackers and poeple who make viruses use. and the high dot in .$13 is also not on the english keyboard. so please tell me what to do here. im not a wussy but really theres no point re-writing some-1s hole computer memory just to make youre writing change colour. and plus in windows plus you can not c the [c=13] codes in colour. it just deletes it if you try and type it in. if you press ok . bham its gone. so anyone who has a sencible suggestion. please contact me . or just leave a mail in this blog. any disagreese with my submission are more than welcome too.

Thanks. =] You made the article simple and easy. But, I do have one question, which wasn't covered... and that would be;

Are there more codes, such as [c=4], besides the one given in the small colour box which comes up, after you've clicked 'Format codes'? I don't like the range of the colours given by default... and using Hex Decimal codes takes up too much space within the Nick's word limit.
Am I making sense? I'm not sure if I am. xD

If you have any idea if it's possible to get more codes with [c= ?] I would be delighted to have them!

The [c= ?] is not an illegal code. I don't know where you pulled THAT from.

The person who made this tutorial has just *explained* how to colour in your nicks, and not only you, but so many other's are asking; "How do I make my nick name pretty!?"

Maybe go and read the tutorial again, hn? S'not rocket science.

This colour code ad-don that I got from plus messenger is awesome, takes a bit of fiddling but once you have it, away you go, I have 4 colours in my name and it looks awesome if I do say so myself
